Bio

I love change.

I left my childhood home in Farmington Hills, Michigan and moved to New York City with no job and just one friend.  I spun an Economics degree into a Human Resources career which eventually morphed into a life coaching practice.  I’ve been laid-off and I’ve started my own business.  I’ve become a wife and a mom.

What’s driven my big life transitions?  My desire for and commitment to self-connection.

All these changes grew out of an ongoing effort to be more myself.  In doing so, I’ve sought to make a meaningful contribution to the world around me and give my best to the people I care about.

As a coach, I bring my passion for a self-centered life and love of transitions to my clients.  I help women rediscover what drives them and start living their lives from that place.  Now.

I was trained and certified as a professional coach through the New York Open Center’s Transformational Coaching program.   I’m now pursuing a coaching credential through the International Coach Federation.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, I spent seventeen years working as a Human Resources professional in a variety of organizations including The Associated Press, Standard & Poor’s, Computer Sciences Corporation, Services for the Underserved and the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Coaching is my passion.  I’m a volunteer for  One To One, Women Coaching Women, an organization that provides free life coaching to women in challenging life situations.  In addition, I reserve spots in my practice to accommodate those who couldn’t otherwise afford to hire a coach.

I live in the Bronx with my husband, son and spunky calico cat.
