It’s A New Day
The coronavirus pandemic has shown us that nothing is forever. The murders of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and countless others have compelled us to look deeply at how our society marginalizes BIPOC and all non-dominant groups. The foundation upon which we’ve built our society simply does not work.
More than ever, we must address the leadership, policies and culture that are rooted in unchecked antiquated systems that cause harm.
This work begins with each of us taking a hard look at how we perpetuate systems of oppression individually, in groups and across society.
I have more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, teams and organizations do the work to adopt more effective leadership, create progressive and inclusive work environments, and shift to management techniques that leverage coaching skills to truly develop employees. This work results in people and organizations that are better equipped to make the changes necessary to creating a more just, equitable workplace and world.

Leadership Coaching
I work with leaders who see their professional growth as an integral part of their growth as a human. My clients want to advance in their careers while being a force for positivity and transformation in their circles of influence. They are self-aware and motivated to fulfill their professional potential. They are willing to look at areas for growth as a challenge rather than a chore.

Testimonial“ I met Madhu several years ago when she was brought on to help shape my growth as an executive and I consider her a key contributor to my success. Madhu was instantly able to help me develop a holistic picture of myself so that I could turn weaknesses into strengths and take my strengths to the next level. She has the unique ability to comprehend a person’s situation and clearly see opportunities that seem elusive to her clients. Her warmth and intelligence helped me to do the deep inner work necessary to understand what I’m truly capable of."

Career Coaching
I help my clients see their careers as a lifelong adventure. I help them dream big and make meaningful moves, even in turbulent times. Urgency doesn’t work in my methodology. Success for my clients comes from reducing inner stress and making small but powerful choices that expand the options before them.
Testimonial“Working with Madhu brought me the validation that it was OK to explore multiple career options, and she helped me articulate where I wanted to go in my life. She gave me the confidence to perform better in the job I had, and to eventually step away and take the time to find the next one. Unbelievably, one year later, I ended up with a job that met 99% of what I dreamed of with Madhu in our sessions. I truly felt she was (and continues to be) an ally in my corner and someone personally invested in my long-term success.”

Organizational Consulting
I work with organizations to build more inclusive, empathetic workplaces where people can bring their whole selves to the table. Building these kinds of cultures requires taking an unvarnished look at the systems that form and reinforce the behaviors, norms and beliefs of everyday work life. It’s not easy work but it must be done.

Testimonial“Madhu has been a collaborative partner in creating programs to enhance our culture. I selected her out of a number of consultants because she genuinely heard what our organization was looking to achieve, and her backgrounds in HR and coaching were the right match for our staff development needs. Employees shared that her presentations on cultural awareness, power dynamics and respect in the workplace were the best they had experienced on these topics. Whether she’s in front of a hundred people or sitting across from someone one-on-one, her personalized approach creates a potent space for learning and growth.”
