 This June I'll be doing something I've never done before. I'll be teaching Coaching for Transformation to a women's cohort at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies.
I've taught coaching before; I've done it at Omega before. That part is comfortable and fun. The edgy, exciting part is going to be working with a cohort of people who identify as women to support them specifically to develop as leaders in their lives. What risky things are you up to? What elements of risk can you focus on even when doing something in your comfort zone? Remember, embracing risk is how you grow.
