Who are you becoming? What impact do you want to have in the world? Through these questions, you'll experience a dynamic visioning process that's holistic and powerful. Your perspective will open up beyond just the job you're in so that you can think bigger. We'll eliminate the "shoulds" and take a closer look at the "coulds." How I coach.
My coaching tends to follow a three-part process. I adapt it based on the needs of my clients.
PHASE 1: FOUNDATION
In our first block of coaching sessions, we'll lay the foundation for our work together.
PHASE 2: ACTION
Once the foundation is set, it's time to take action. In our middle phase, we'll re-visit your goals with a completely fresh lens. For each session, you’ll come with an agenda of what you want to accomplish. You’ll emerge with a new mind set and new ways of moving forward.
PHASE 3: COMPLETION
In our final sessions together, we'll review where you've come from and where you're headed. We'll make sure you have the tool set to incorporate everything you've learned so that you can build on your momentum. In our final session, you'll have the chance to celebrate. You'll reflect on important takeaways so that you can drive the ship in your new life.

- Discovery Session: My goal in this session is to really get to know you. What makes you tick? What are you really passionate about? What are your internal blocks? What are your values? We’ll then lay out two or three really clear goals for our coaching work together.
- Dynamic Visioning Session: This session generates a compelling vision of who you’re becoming and who your future self is. You’ll know what you can do today to begin on this path.
- Obstacle Clearing Session: This session shines the light on the inner dialogue that stops you. You'll get an up-close look at your fears and the beliefs that slow you down or even stop you. Then we’ll begin to shift and replace them with more empowering mind sets. This becomes our short hand for future sessions.
