I'm passionate about helping people find their path.
Fueled by my belief that we are each uniquely destined to thrive, I’ve lived a life in pursuit of freedom and fulfillment for myself and others. Personally that means, saying no to an arranged marriage, leaving my Human Resources career to pursue a coaching certification and starting a business while nursing a two-month-old.
Professionally, that has meant looking past degrees and titles and straight to the individuals and groups in front of me to arrive at people-centric, experience-backed decisions and recommendations. This approach has been the critical thread that has woven together a successful 20+-year career that has spanned human resource management, certified coaching (of individuals and other coaches), leadership development and facilitation.
I’ve held positions within large companies like Associated Press and Standard and Poor’s, I’ve consulted one-on-one with corporate leaders, and I’ve coached individuals pursuing the next phase of their careers, and other coaches looking to do the same. During this great journey, I’ve developed a dynamic skill set rooted in active listening, cultural competence and an understanding of the systems from which organizations, trends and policies often originate. My professional evolution is continuing and I’m ready to take all that I’ve learned to help individuals and organizations adapt to the reality of a post-pandemic business landscape and influence deep, lasting change.
When I’m not helping people and organizations do and be better, I’m spending time with my family enjoying all that New York City has to offer. You can often find me walking the trails in Van Cortlandt Park, traversing sections of Broadway or exploring towns along the Hudson River.
