About me.

I'm intensely curious about the essence of each person - that part of them that is yearning to be expressed every single day.

I look beyond the job title or area of expertise to see the whole person. I love watching people find ways, big and small, to be self-determined, to act on their values, and to make the choices that truly serve them.

Coaching I offer. 

I offer one-on-one coaching for individuals who are ready to make big and bold changes in their lives. I also offer executive coaching for leaders in organizations to build frameworks for cultures that last. In addition, I facilitate workshops on leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational change.
